The optional Apollo Communications Gateway makes it easy to monitor Apollo charge controllers, inverters and other products, easily and simply, supporting up to 100 connected Apollo devices per Gateway. Data from connected devices is stored on Apollo's server, where any browser accesses their website and monitors the performance of your Apollo products. The first year's Monitoring Service is provided free with the purchase of the ACG Communications Gateway. If no broadband connection to the internet is available, Apollo offers a System Manager software program that installs on your PC for local monitoring. For industrial and telecom applications Apollo Solar offers the compatible Apollo GSM modem to communicate using GSM networks. User must supply GSM SIM card for the local cellular service. Some cell providers may charge a monthly fee for this service.
Easy Plug-n-Play Installation – The Communications Gateway does not require any configuration or settings, simply connect the unit to one of the Apollo devices, connect power and an Ethernet cable and you are ready to monitor. Firewall and Router Friendly – The Communications Gateway works well even if there are firewalls and routers providing security for your network. Integrated with Our Internet Monitoring – The Communications Gateway connects automatically with our website, where custom pages provide you with details on the performance and health of your system. Indicator Lights Provide Easy Trouble-Shooting – The indicator lights help troubleshoot communications problems

1. How many T80 charge controllers can be monitored from one Gateway?
Up to 31

3. How many total devices can be monitored from one Gateway?

4. How often is data sent from the Gateway to the server?
The server asks for data from a device every six seconds, or 14,400 times a day. If there is one T80 in the system, then there is data from the T80 every 6 seconds. If there is a T80 and a TSW inverter, then there is data for the T80 every 12 seconds and for the inverter every 12 seconds
5. Does the Gateway have to be powered from the included AC power supply?
No, the Gateway can receive power from the T80 or TSW.
6. Does the Gateway have to be programmed or setup?
No, the Gateway is strictly plug-and-play.
7. How can I tell if the Gateway is communicating with the T80 or TSW and sending data to the Internet?
Refer to the Gateway user guide for detailed information, however if the Transmitting Serial LED blinks every 6 seconds then the Gateway is communicating with the server. If the Transmitting Serial and Receiving Serial lights are blinking every 6 seconds then the Gateway is communicating with the server and with the attached Apollo devices.
8. Can a user use software on a local PC to communicate and get data from the Apollo devices using the Gateway?
Yes the Gateway will accept incoming requests. Apollo can provide sample code for communicating on a local network.

From CEB Return Policy Extras
Most of unused products can be returned back to us for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new condition with all original packaging, paperwork and accessories supplied. All returns have to be send back via a traceable method such as Fed Ex, DHL, Purolator and USPS or similar. Return freight and original shipping are non-refundable.
All special orders, electrical appliances, appliances of any nature, items returned without original packaging or packing materials, and items sent directly from the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%. Please call us before you perform your return in order for us to issue an RMA prior any shipping is undergoing.
Please include your order number along with RMA issued by one of our
staff. Without an order number and an RMA number, it will be very difficult to
trace the order for the returned merchandise associated with and all the process
will drag for weeks or month to come. In order to complete the return procedures
please fill in the forms and follow our instructions.

- Your Return Package
All returns must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING, in a resalable condition. Any packaging materials, CDs, software, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and documentation originally sent must be included in the package. In the event that a package is returned and does not meet the guidelines we’ve listed above, CleanEnergyBrands reserves the right not to honour the return.

- Ship Your Return
Because we want your return experience to be as hassle-free as possible, we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment so that you’re well protected in the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit. UPS & FedEx provide traceable shipments, complete with a proof-of-delivery feature that guarantees that your package is delivered to the intended location. We urge you to use a carrier that has both tracking and proof-of-delivery capabilities and that you retain that tracking number. Please be advised that postage charges are non-refundable, and that CleanEnergyBrands is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit. This includes packages sent via USPS to an international or overseas destination.
Defective Product; Incorrect Product
Please call for an RMA so we will arrange for a return for the defective/incorrect item and replace it at no cost to you. The item must include its original packaging and be in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable).
