LIMITED BATTERY WARRANTY
This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original purchaser, for the vehicle which the battery was purchased for, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle from you during the term of the warranty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE GOOD ONLY FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. OTHERWISE, EAST PENN DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR URPOSE. WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
Batteries eligible to be covered by this Limited Warranty are warranted from the date of sale for the stated period (“MTHS. FREE”) shown at place of purchase. Should the battery fail within the free replacement period, due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship (not merely discharged), it will be replaced with the same model battery free of charge. If the same model battery is not available, it will be replaced with a like kind and quality battery. Full warranty will not apply to replacement battery. A free replacement warranty continues from the original battery’s date of purchase and does not extend the original warranty period. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY This warranty does not apply to discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service; labor costs for battery removal and installation; labor costs for other damage or repairs caused by the battery; batteries that have been opened, frozen, or damaged due to neglect or abuse including fire, flood, wreckage, or explosion; batteries with electrolyte other than as recommended by factory or with a “dope” or additive; batteries that fail as a result of a faulty electrical system or other components; batteries of an electrical size or capacity smaller than the one specified by the vehicle manufacturer; batteries used in applications for which they were not designed; nor in cases where the battery was installed and/or charged incorrectly. The warranty does not cover failures that occur outside the United States or Canada, service calls, towing charges, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, lost wages or lost profits ALL ONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or onsequential damage, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Unless otherwise precluded by law, this limited warranty shall require no more than the replacement of the subject battery free. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE You m ust keep the original purchase invoice or a reasonable copy and present it at your original place of purchase, along with the battery, when seeking a replacement battery under this warranty
CEB 30 Days Return Policy
Within 24 months from the date of original purchase, batteries with a total warranty of 75 months will be replaced free of charge (except for taxes and legislatively-imposed fees, where applicable). Within 30 months of the date of original purchase, batteries with a total warranty of 85 months will be replaced free of charge (except for taxes and legislatively-imposed fees, where applicable).

From CEB Return Policy Extras
Most of unused products can be returned back to us for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new condition with all original packaging, paperwork and accessories supplied. All returns have to be send back via a traceable method such as Fed Ex, DHL, Purolator and USPS or similar. Return freight and original shipping are non-refundable.
All special orders, electrical appliances, appliances of any nature, items returned without original packaging or packing materials, and items sent directly from the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%. Please call us before you perform your return in order for us to issue an RMA prior any shipping is undergoing.
Please include your order number along with RMA issued by one of our
staff. Without an order number and an RMA number, it will be very difficult to
trace the order for the returned merchandise associated with and all the process
will drag for weeks or month to come. In order to complete the return procedures
please fill in the forms and follow our instructions.
- Your Return Package
All returns must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING, in a resalable
condition. Any packaging materials, CDs, software, accessories, manuals,
warranty cards and documentation originally sent must be included in the
package. In the event that a package is returned and does not meet the
guidelines we’ve listed above, CleanEnergyBrands reserves the right not to
honour the return.

In order to
process our customers’ returns as quickly and successfully as possible, we
require ALL returns to be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) so please be sure to contacting us before returning any
items. To obtain your RMA and any additional return info you may

- Ship Your Return
we want your return experience to be as hassle-free as possible, we strongly
recommend that you fully insure your return shipment so that you’re well
protected in the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit. UPS &
FedEx provide traceable shipments, complete with a proof-of-delivery feature
that guarantees that your package is delivered to the intended location. We
urge you to use a carrier that has both tracking and proof-of-delivery
capabilities and that you retain that tracking number. Please be advised
that postage charges are non-refundable, and that
is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit. This
includes packages sent via USPS to an international or overseas destination.
Defective Product; Incorrect Product
Please call for an RMA so we will arrange for a return for the
defective/incorrect item and replace it at no cost to you. The item must include
its original packaging and be in as-new condition with the packing slip, all
warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable).
